The challenges before us;
There is an oversupply of employees and shortage of contributors in most organizations! The challenge we are facing is how to build more and more contributors in tomorrow’s workforce.
Who is a contributor?
Contributors are individuals who are purposive and seek to make a difference. They are not locked up in their “technical ego”, their “creative ego” or some other personal ego. They only have the ego of actualizing a purpose.
What kinds of contributions do contributors make?
Contributors make three kinds of contributions.
Firstly, they contribute to making their own lives meaningful and fulfilling.
Secondly, they make contributions to the success of their team members and their organizations.Thirdly, they contribute to the overall development of society.
